Create your free account
You can browse issues, promises, leaders and area scorecards without an account. To report an issue or rate a leader, you'll need a free account — it only takes a minute.
- Choose Get startedTap Get started in the top menu and sign up with your email address and a password (at least 8 characters).
- Finish your profileAdd your name and pick your ward so we can show you what's happening near you. You can skip this and do it later.
- Set your notification preferenceChoose whether you'd like updates about your reports. You can change this any time.
Signing in with your phone number is coming soon. For now, please sign up with your email address.
Report an issue
Reporting takes three short steps. You'll need to be signed in so you can follow what happens next.
- Add the detailsPick a category, give your issue a short title, and describe what's happening. You can attach up to 5 photos.
- Add the locationChoose the county, constituency and ward, and — if you like — drop a pin on the map to mark the exact spot.
- Review and submitCheck your details, then submit. You'll receive a tracking number like UCH-2026-000123 — save it so you can follow your report.
Want your name kept private? Tick 'Report anonymously' on the review step — your name won't appear publicly, but you stay signed in so you can still follow your report under My Issues.
Track your issue
Every report gets a unique tracking number. You can check on it whenever you like — you don't even need to sign in.
- Open the Track pageGo to Track and enter your tracking number (for example, UCH-2026-000123).
- See where things standYou'll see the current status and the key dates — when it was reported, acknowledged and resolved.
Browse community issues
Explore what others are reporting across the community. No account needed.
- Search and filterSearch by keyword, or filter by category and status to find what matters to you.
- Switch viewsView issues as a grid, a list, or on a map. Tap any issue to read the full story.
- Show your supportUpvote issues you care about so leaders can see what's important to the community.
Leaders & ratings
Find your elected leaders, see how they're performing, and have your say.
- Find a leaderSearch by name, or filter by position — MCA, MP, Women Rep, Senator or Governor.
- Explore their recordOpen a profile to see the issues linked to them, their promises, and their ratings.
- Rate their performanceGive a rating from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment. You'll need to be signed in to rate.
Track leader promises
Follow the promises your leaders have made and watch whether they're being kept.
- Browse promisesFilter by status or category to find the promises you care about.
- Follow the progressEach promise shows a progress bar and a timeline of updates, so you can see what has actually changed.
Area scorecards
See how issues are being handled in your area, backed by real numbers.
- Pick your areaStart with a county, then drill down to constituency and ward.
- Read the scorecardSee how many issues were acknowledged, how many were resolved, and how many are overdue. Choose a time period to compare.
Manage your reports
Everything you've reported, in one place. You'll need to be signed in.
- Open My IssuesFind My Issues in the top menu once you're signed in.
- Track everything at a glanceSee each report's status and tracking number, plus a quick summary of how many are open, in progress or resolved.
Understanding statuses
Statuses tell you exactly where things stand. Here's what each one means.
Issue statuses
- Open
- Your report has been received, but no one has responded to it yet.
- Acknowledged
- A leader or their office has seen your report and confirmed they're aware of it.
- In Progress
- Work has started to address the issue.
- Resolved
- The issue has been marked as fixed — you'll see the date it was resolved.
- Closed
- The report has been closed — for example, it was a duplicate or no longer applies.
- Rejected
- The report was reviewed but not accepted — for example, it couldn't be verified or was outside the platform's scope.
Promise statuses
- Planned
- The leader has committed to this, but work hasn't started yet.
- Active
- This promise is currently being pursued.
- In Progress
- Work is underway, with visible progress.
- Completed
- The promise has been fully delivered.
- Broken
- The promise was not kept.
- Delayed
- The promise is behind its expected timeline.
